A Karachi court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Dania Shah in a case involving the alleged circulation of private videos of late television host Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
As per details, the Judicial Magistrate East issued the warrants after Shah failed to appear for the hearing and directed authorities to arrest her and produce her before the court.
During the proceedings, Shah’s lawyer requested an exemption from personal appearance. However, the court rejected the application following an objection from the complainant’s counsel.
The court adjourned the hearing until October 28, 2026.
The case stems from a complaint filed by Aamir Liaquat’s daughter over the circulation of his private videos. The Cyber Crime Wing registered the case, which remains under judicial proceedings.
Shah, who was previously married to Aamir Liaquat, married Hakeem Shehzad, also known as Hakeem Shahzad Loha Paar, in 2024. The couple welcomed a son named Dayan in 2025.
